INGREDIENTS
2 Golden beets
PREPARATION

Cut a portion of the raw beetroot into julienne or spaghetti strips and place on a plate.

COOKING

Cook the largest Golden beet unpeeled, in plenty of water, partly covered, for 25 to 30 minutes. Let the beet cool in cold water for a few minutes. Peel and cut into 4-5 mm slices with a mandolin. Line a plate with the beet slices, without overlapping.
