SWEET DUMPLING SQUASH
SWEET DUMPLING PIZZA DOUGH

Portion: 1 x 18-inch pizza

Cooking time: 1h10 min

INGREDIENTS
1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Sweet Dumpling squash,
cooked and puréed
1/2 cup Warm milk
1/3 cup Butter
1/2 cup Hot water
1 tsp Sugar
1 packet Traditional yeast
2 1/2 cups Flour
PREPARATION

Let the yeast rise for 10 minutes, as recommended.

Meanwhile, melt the butter and combine with the beaten egg, salt, squash, and warm milk. Add the yeast, dissolved in water, to the mix.

Add the flour and mix briskly, and then knead for 5 to 7 minutes.

BAKING

Shape dough into a ball. Oil the top and let rise for 45 minutes.

Roll out the dough to form an 18-inch pizza crust, then top with tomato sauce and your favourite toppings.

Bake about 25 minutes at 350°F.
